The apartment has a superb fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine.

The neighborhood is an upscale residential area with high security.

We supply all linen and towels, as well as toiletries.

The surface area is 45m2.

The bathroom is separate. We have a parking space to reserve for those coming by car.

We clean once a week for guests staying more than 7 days.

More regular cleaning is available on request for a small fee.

Within walking distance, you'll find numerous restaurants, cafés, stores and supermarkets. Everything within easy reach.
